Is there I way I can learn Chinese calligraphy?

I am very interested in learning Chinese symbols and I wanted to know if there is like a translator or a generator that interprets words or phrases into Chinese calligraphy

I don’t quite get you. Do you want to learn Chinese characters or Chinese calligraphy? Chinese characters, also called hanzi, are basic units that comprise of Chinese sentences. When you start to learn them, I advise you to learn some frequently used characters. Although there are some rules of how Chinese characters were formed, it may be difficult to know them at the beginning. Learning these words in daily life conversations is the best way. Check out the ‘Beginner Fastlane’ at http://www.gurulu.com/en . It’s a good start of Chinese learning.

Chinese Calligraphy, otherwise, is an art and has different styles. You can refer to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_calligraphy for more information. When Chinese learn calligraphy, they start by picking one style and copying the characters written by famous calligrapher.
